Hello Everyone,
Not many things happened this month with my p2p lending portfolio. Everything worked as expected, and also Mintos shows signs of improvement with both the number of loans and the rates offered being higher. Let’s get started with my income:
Crowdestor
This is probably the best business crowdlending platform right now, at least as far as interest and liquidity are concerned. They are publishing many loans with high rates, and they also have plenty of information about the projects. There is even a live project right now that yields 18% from interest and a 14% success fee. Also, there is another project being published in 4 days that yields 18% interest and a 12% success fee.

Profit from Crowdestor was €5.67, which is a 1.32% monthly and 17.36% annualized return. This is higher than last month since

Kuetzal
This month Kuetzal published a couple of large and interesting projects with buyback guarantee yielding rates for 16% to 20%. They are also publishing two new real estate projects today with 18.5% and 19%, respectively, with buyback guarantee.
As usual, profit from Kuetzal was €4.27, which is a 1.41% monthly yield and an annualized yield of 18.65%.

You can start investing here and get a 0.5% cashback for the first 6 months by registering through my affiliate link and a 15€ free towards your first investment using promo code “P2PINCOME”.

Envestio
Cash drag is slowly disappearing on Envestio with projects being subscribed more slowly and more being published. I guess it is because there are more alternatives out there now.
Envestio returned 7.56€ this month, this is a 1.41% monthly and 18.62% yearly return. Envestio seems to be the winner as far as the ROI percentage is concerned.

Monethera
I started using this platform a couple of months ago, and it has been working as it should. A small balance that I have in the platform is investing in one project yielding 18.20% and a monthly income of 1.33€.
You can click here to sign up to Monethera and get a 5€ bonus and a 0.5% cashback on any investment you make during the first 180 days. The standard cashback period is 90 days but if you use promo code “p2pincome” it will be extended to 180.

Grupeer
Nothing to report really from Grupeer this month. The only notable thing is the addition of “Grupeer Ratings” for their originators. They took this out of the Mintos playbook but this is definitely a step to the right direction.

Grupeer is adding a 1% cashback to new investors that join and invest at least 100€ until the 17th of November 2019.

Mintos
As you probably already know, if you are following the blog, this is my largest account as far as p2p lending is concerned. It has grown to just shy of 6,000€ with approximately 1,090€ being profit. As you know if you invest in the platform, during the past three months rates have gone down and the number of loans has gone down as well (these two are probably connected). Recently, there are signs of improvement on both fronts with 12% loans resurfacing again.

Profit was 58.36€ and this is because some days, especially last month, I was not investing my cash balance on the platform, hence, it did not accumulate interest. That is a monthly yield of 1% and a 12.9% annual yield on the platform.
Click here to sign up to Mintos and get an exclusive 1% bonus for any investment you make during the first 90 days.
Mintos just reduced their bonus for new investors from 1% for 90 days to 0.5% for 90 days starting November 18th. So, if you want to take advantage of the 1% cashback you need to sign up before that.

ViaInvest
This month 3 people invested in ViaInvest though my referral link so I received €30 which invested in the platform as usual. There are early signs of cash drag on the platform but every couple of days new loans appear and thing work themselves out. It’s good that all loans come at 11% so you don’t have to complete with other investors.
Profit from ViaInvest was €4.03, which means a 0.81% annual and a 10.8% annual return.

FastInvest
Good news from FastInvest this month since it started disclosing the names of its loan originators. This is something that investors have been pushing for for a while. FastInvest returned €3.15, which translates to a monthly yield of 1.15% and an annual yield of 15.05%.

PeerBerry
PeerBerry returned €2.98, which translates to a monthly yield of 1.18% and an annual yield of 15.36%.

Bondster
Bondster returned € 1.14, which means a monthly yield of 1.09% and an annual yield of 14.10%.

You can sign-up and receive 1% cashback for any funds you invest during your first 90 days. You also need to enter the promo code “P2PIncome” to be eligible for the offer.
Summary
For the month of October 2019, I invested €30 from the referral bonus at ViaInvest, and the total return from interest, late fees, and secondary market transactions was €99.67 that represents a 2.34% decrease from last month (€97.39).
Overall, my portfolio yielded 1.05% of the starting balance, which means a 13.51% annualized return. That is a small increase from last month, but things are pretty consistent. The total portfolio value has risen to €9,614.88.

That’s it for this month. Make sure to subscribe to the blog to catch next months report as well.
Thank You,
Peter
