Hello Everyone,
A month full of cash drag passed with no signs of improvement on Mintos. I have read many investors fleeing the platform, and that could be a good thing. Personally, I will not invest in anything less than 11% on Mintos, and although I don’t invest my idle cash, I am not pulling them either in hopes that things will get better.
On a positive note, EstateGuru is running a double cashback promotion during this month. You will receive when you register through this link will give a 1% cashback promotion for any investment made during your first 30 days. This means that even if you sign up on the 25th of October, the bonus will last until the 25th of November. Once the initial 30 days have passed, you continue to receive a 0.5% bonus for two more months.
Grupeer also runs a short 1% promo until the 6th of October. To qualify for the bonus, you need to invest at least 5000 EUR during the period 01/10/2018 and 06/10/2019. They also give 1% cashback if you invest with their new originator Sauleskredits until the 6th of October.
Now let’s look at the individual platforms and the income from them:
Monethera
This month I added Monethera to my portfolio with a small 95€ investment just to try it out. Nothing to report yet apart from a 1.33€ return. I invested in the “River Paradise” project that has an 18.20% return.

Click here to sign up to Monethera and get an exclusive 5€ bonus and a 0.5% cashback on any investment you make during the first 180 days. The standard cashback period is 90 days but if you use promo code “p2pincome” it will be extended to 180.
Kuetzal
I was not a fan of Kuetzal’s latest project. I mean, 13% without buyback guarantee doesn’t look that appealing to me. Although, they do have a “coming soon” project that yields 20% with buyback guarantee if you are into high risk/high reward investments.
Profit from Kuetzal was €4.27, which is a monthly yield of 1.41% and an annual yield of 18.65%.

That is on top of the 0.5% cashback that you get for the first 6 Months by registering through my affiliate link and the 15€ free towards your first investment using coupon code “P2PINCOME”.

Grupeer
Grupeer runs a couple of promotions right now until the 6th of October as I said earlier so you can take advantage of them by signing up. This is very useful, especially during this period of lower rates on Mintos.
Profit from Grupeer was €11.14, which means a monthly yield of 1.06% and an annual yield of 14.18%.

Mintos
Honestly, I am pretty disappointed in Mintos right now because of the lowered rates. It is getting difficult to find anything with over 11% rate. I read a couple of comments online from people pulling their money from the platform. I will not be doing that just yet. Mintos says that this is a supply/demand issue and I believe it might correct itself out. It certainly did last year. Granted, the period of low rates was way shorter but still. I am not investing in anything less than 11% myself, so I do have a little bit of a cash balance on Mintos collecting dust.
If thing continues like that, I will reevaluate here next month and probably move some money over to Grupeer or Crowdestor that is becoming my favorite platform right now.
Income from Mintos was €57.93. That 16% decrease is probably caused by cash drag. Still, that is a 1% monthly yield/12.8% annual yield on the platform. I am pretty happy with it actually.

Crowdestor
This is becoming my favorite platform, to be honest with you. They are more than able to keep up with demand and keep bringing loans to the market. I am a bit concerned about the size of the buyback fund, but that is always a safeguard, and so far it has not been utilized.
Profit from Crowdestor was €4.49, which is a 1.05% monthly and 13.5% yearly return. That might seem a little light because I purchased a loan at the beginning of the month and I only received interest for the days I held the loan.

Envestio
Envestio seems to be picking up some steam and publishing projects more frequently now. Let’s see how that plays out.
Profit from Envestio was €7.75, which is a 1.41% monthly and 18.62% yearly return. Envestio seems to be the winner as far as the ROI percentage is concerned.

ViaInvest
This month four people invested in ViaInvest though my referral link so I received €40 from their investment that I invested in the platform. ViaInvest offers a fixed 11% on all loans. Doesn’t sound too bad these days does it? I mean that there are plenty of other platforms to get higher returns, but I overall like the platform.
Profit from ViaInvest was €4.44, which means a 0.95% annual and a 12.2% annual return.

FastInvest
FastInvest returned €2.97, which translates to a monthly yield of 1.11% and an annual yield of 14.40%.

PeerBerry
PeerBerry returned €2.25, which translates to a monthly yield of 0.86% and an annual yield of 10.90%.

Bondster
Bondster’s results are not very accurate because for some reason the auto-invest was off and half the money was uninvested at the end of the month. I don’t know for how long or if the results were effected because of that or just next month’s will. Anyway, Bondster returned €0.82, which means a monthly yield of 0.83% and an annual yield of 10.58%.

You can sign-up and receive 1% cashback for any funds you invest during your first 90 days. You also need to enter the promo code “P2PIncome” to be eligible for the offer.
Summary
For the month of September 2019, I invested €95 in Monethera and the €40 from ViaInvest’s refer-a-friend program, and the total return from interest, late fees, and secondary market transactions was €97.39 that represents a 9.3% decrease from last month (€107.39). That is probably because of the cash drag on Mintos.
My portfolio yielded 1.05% of the starting balance, which means a 13.50% annualized return. That is a small decrease from last month, but I really expected that even before I run the numbers. The total portfolio value has risen to €9,555.21.

Superb job!
How is the blog doing? More and more hits or what’s your comment on that?
