May 2018 Income Report

Hello Everyone,

For the month of May 2018, I made 2 deposits on Mintos, one for €300.00 on May 04, 2018 and a second one for €250.00 on May 15, 2018. I used these funds to buy loans from Mogo and Lendo. Lendo has also reactivated its cashback campaign. If you invest in Lendo’s loans between May 2, 2018, and May 16, 2018, you will be credited the cashback bonus. Mogo’s campaign is exactly the same and also got further extended until June 16, 2018. Both originators kept the same terms:

For Mogo you will get a cashback of:

•1% for investing in Mogo loans with a maturity of 12 to 23 months

•2% for investing in Mogo loans with a maturity of 24 to 35 months

•3% for investing in Mogo loans with a maturity of 36 to 47 months

•4% for investing in Mogo loans with a maturity of 48 to 59 months

•5% for investing in Mogo loans with a maturity of 60 months or more

And for Lendo you will get cashback of:

•1.5% for all of its loans with a maturity of 9 months or more.

On the following screenshot of my monthly account statement, you will be able to see all the details.

05.may statement

For the month of May 2018, I deposited €550.00 and the total return from cashback, interest, late fees and secondary market transactions was €76,22.

Also, I am thinking of getting a business loan this month to start a new business but don’t want to make a large out of pocket investment. I am comparing business loans right not to see what is the best option that I have and it looks like rates are pretty competitive right now.

Until Next Time,

Peter
