March 2018 Income Report

Hello Everyone,

On the 5th of March 2018, I made another deposit of €1.000,00 on Mintos. I also used those funds to purchase Mogo and Lendo loans to take advantage of the cashback campaigns. Mogo and Lendo also extended their cashback campaigns for one more month which I liked since it would jump start my investments return.

On 13th of March 2018 another loan originator, GetBucks, started its own cash back campaign returning an immediate 1-4% on loans. These are the specific terms of the cashback campaign returns. The offer was good for a month.

•1% for investing in GetBucks loans with a maturity of 12 to 23 months

•2% for investing in GetBucks loans with a maturity of 24 to 35 months

•3% for investing in GetBucks loans with a maturity of 36 to 47 months

•4% for investing in GetBucks loans with a maturity of 48 months or more.

I liked GetBucks because not only they have a pretty good cashback campaign but for loans issued in Kenya and Zambia the company has special agreements that ensure loan repayments are deducted directly from the salary of the borrower. That, combined with a 13% yield was a no-brainer to me.

On the following screenshot of my monthly account statement, you will be able to see all the details.

So, for the month of March 2018, I deposited €1.000,00 and the total return for cashback, interest, late fees and secondary market transactions was €59,01.

Until Next Time,

Peter
